Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy * Requests & Waitlist: Fans can request a date and time for a virtual meet and greet through the "Meet Dr. Now" page on the Now That's Mine website. Due to limited availability, requests will need to be made via the waitlist and to include date and time preferred, along with alternative dates. * Booking Confirmation: We will review your requested dates/times and open a specific time slot for you to book. You will receive a confirmation email with the details and instructions of your meet and greet. Fees & Payment: * A non-refundable fee of $10 is required to secure the booking. * Full payment is due at the time of booking. * Fee: The fee for a virtual meet and greet with Dr. Now is $300. * Duration: The virtual meet and greet will be conducted via Zoom and will last approximately 5-10 minutes. * Recording: A recording of the Zoom meeting will be provided to you after the meet and greet. * Merchandise: While a merchandise purchase is not required for the virtual meet and greet, you will receive a coupon code for a discount on a future Now That's Mine purchase. * No Medical Advice: Please note that the virtual meet and greet is not a substitute for a doctor's appointment, and Dr. Now will not be able to provide any medical advice. * Technical Requirements: Ensure you have a stable internet connection, a working webcam, and microphone, and the Zoom application installed on your device. Rescheduling & Cancellations: * Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled Meet & Greet. Rescheduling is subject to availability. * Cancellations by the Participant: The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the participant. *Exceptional Circumstances: Full refunds or credit will be issued on a case-by-case basis. * Cancellations by Dr. Now: In the unlikely event that Dr. Now needs to cancel the Meet & Greet, a full refund will be issued, and an alternative date/time will be offered. * Disclaimer: This booking policy is subject to change.
